Urban Solar from the late 19th century, emblazoned, where is located the Municipal Library.
The main façade is developed in three volumes: two lateral and one central surmounted by a pediment. Four pillars demarcating these bodies or symmetrical wings. The two floors of the building are separated by copings, balustrade, (two on the tops and two demarcating the central body).
