Romanesque-Gothic building dating from the 13th century. It features gargoyles on the side facades and an ogival portal on the front, surmounted by a rose window. The interior has a single nave, with the chancel covered by a coffered vault formed by three Gothic arches. The chapel's side columns have sculpted capitals with zoomorphic, anthropomorphic, and phytomorphic decorations.

Burgau is the end of the municipality of Vila do Bispo. The sand is long but narrow, composed of a pebble area used by children to build in the sand. The cliffs bordering the sand open up this beach. The sea is very calm, ideal for swimming.

The waters are rough, popular with surfers, but caution is advised when swimming. At the northern tip is Pedra da Lage, an area abundant in shellfish.

Located next to the Sagres Fortress, the sand becomes narrow due to the morphology of the area, with many pebbles and traces of cliff collapses. Most of the beach's visitors are surfers, as the sea is wavy and choppy. There is a small beach bar at the entrance to the sand, offering a beautiful view of the beach.

Martinhal Beach is located in the Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Natural Park and is known for its excellent windsurfing conditions. After crossing a dune with some vegetation, there is a vast stretch of sand, with a concession area and plenty of space. Walking to the left, with the sea in front, is Rebolinhos Beach. The rocks visible in the sea, 1,000 meters from the sand, are known as Martinhal Island. It is possible to reach it by swimming, but only with advance notice from the lifeguard.
