Dom Nuno Álvares Pereira was a 14TH century Portuguese general who played a key role in the 1383-1385 crisis, where Portugal played their independence against Castile, in the famous battle of Aljubarrota. After the Spanish threat, Nuno Álvares Pereira remained as Constable of the realm and became count of Arraiolos and Barcelos, and here remained in this House.

This House has two noble facades and a chapel built into the housing body.

18th century House, rebuilt in 1860 after a fire that caused a lot of damage to the building. Consists of two storeys and a tower arches. The main body shape to a center where there is a stone pediment.

Baroque manor in L, with two floors, surrounded by a grating wall, which bounds a lovely garden. Inside are worth notice the stairs, the arcs and baroque decoration. The name of this manor id owe to the fact that, in times, there used to be a public way here.

This is a noble house, from the XVII century. The first floor has 7 rooms from which the azulejos room and the dining-room stand out for its decoration with XVIII and XIX century works. The classification includes the gardens, the orchard and the wall. Presently, the Biscaínhos Museum is here.
