With independent installations of the hotel in which integrates, is the only Thalassotherapy Centre currently existing on the island of Porto Santo. The Montes Claros Garden is part of the Monsanto Forest Park and was designed by the architect Francisco Keil do Amaral. It has a long garden, with a viewpoint overlooking the Tagus estuary. It also has an adequate space for holding large events.
