Tasca restaurant in Monchique, Petrol, already part of almost every gastronomic itineraries in the Algarve. It was a secret for a long time, to awaken the curiosity of Heads of famous and duly starred restaurants. Not to be missed, but only for brave, with peaks of red meat fat, black pudding, cheek (cheek), black pig boar loaves and beans with cabbage, among other dishes, which are prepared in the wood-fired oven.
