This multi-functional space science and technology presents interactive exhibitions in several spaces of the building. Offers library, Mini Lab, Auditorium and aquariums. The refurbishment of the building actually honorable mention earned by the jury of the Prix Alexandre Herculano Architecture National. Is a much visited by students, since they have a varied set of proposals for an experimental approach, and creative science, plastic providing children and young people to acquire new knowledge in different areas of science.

This space has eight indoor padel courts.

Large gardens located in the Quinta do Arco country house, where one of the largest collections of rose bushes in Portugal is on display, with around a thousand different species, including some rare species and others on the verge of extinction, including plants endemic to the Macaronesia region and some species from the Madeira Archipelago itself. The Quinta offers special programs with accommodation and meals.

Quinta do Seixo is located on the south bank of the Douro River, in Cima-Corgo, and offers a wonderful view over the river. Since 1987, it has been owned by Sogrape Vinhos, which created a modern winemaking center here, where the famous Port and Douro wines are produced. Here you can learn more about the region and visit the cellar and the robotic presses, learning about the entire wine production cycle, as well as trying a Port Wine tasting.

Quinta do Panascal's reputation dates back to the 18th century, when wines from the Távora River were considered among the best in Portugal. Fonseca purchased the Quinta in 1978, as the estate had been supplying its grapes to Fonseca for over 20 years. Quinta do Panascal wines have always been an important component in the Fonseca vintage blend. In 1985 the size of the property increased with the acquisition of Quinta do Val dos Muros.
