Gym belonging to a natural health center, where it is possible to practice contemporary dance, Argentine tango, capoeira, ballet, yoga and tai chi.

The pedestrian walk may start at the Monastery of Saint João of Arga, after a brief visit of that building. Follow the Vezeira Trail, a typical trail where the cattle used to pass in the days of old. The Arga Mountain has a wide high plain on the top, the Chã Grande. At that point, there is a trail that is signaled by the Clube de Celtas do Minho (Celts Club of Minho), according to the criteria of the Federação Portuguesa de Campismo (Portuguese Camping Federation). It is a small walk.

The tower of Lanhelas is located on the left bank of the Minho river and dates back to the 15th century. Even though it went through many changes, it still has a garden structured with boxwood hedges. It is private property and may not be visited.

A pleasant green space with lawns and plenty of trees. There are several garden benches.
