This is the first open-air Paleolithic rock art site to be discovered in Portugal, in 1981. The engravings depict three zoomorphic motifs, the most prominent of which is a horse. The site is known by local residents as Carneira.

From this river pier, boats depart for routes along the Douro River, between the Cogida river beach and La Code, Spain, on a journey that encompasses two natural parks: the Douro Internacional and Las Arribas del Duero. In addition to the region's characteristic flora, it's possible to observe birds such as the black stork, griffon vulture, golden eagle, Bonneli's eagle, kite, and Egyptian vulture in their natural habitat.

The church has three rectangular naves, a chancel, two apsidioles, and a sacristy. The main elevation, finished with a gable and formed by three sections separated by buttresses, features a door with a large, depressed arch with an ornate frame, topped by a decorative arch. The interior features a flagstone floor and ribbed vault ceiling. Also, noteworthy is the high choir in the first section and the wrought-iron pulpit. One of the apsidioles provides access to the sacristy through an 18th-century door, topped by a polychrome national coat of arms. The other apsidiole houses a funerary monument in an arcosolium.

Gothic castle with sections of wall surrounding the Manueline parish church, and a unique heptagonal tower, known as Torre do Galo (Rooster Tower), which was part of the castle rebuilt by King Dinis. The town's ancient coat of arms is displayed on the tower's central façade.

A river beach located on the large reservoir formed by the Saucelle Dam, near the Spanish border, in a location of great tranquility and natural beauty. It features an amphitheater, a floating pool, and a café-restaurant.

It is a small prehistoric rock shelter, probably decorated in the Neolithic period with monochrome paintings. In paintings, the anthropomorphic figures, some representations of bars, grids, points and a solar reason.
