The Convent and the church were built in the middle of the XVII century. The glazed tiles are from the XIX century and the present front is modernist (1907). Inside are worthy of notice the baroque woodcarving, the neoclassical retable and glazed tiles. Near this place are the ruins of the ancient Caridade chapel, from the XVII century.

This monument invokes the Virgin venerated at the Santa Maria do Pópulo Church., in Rome. Built in the end of the XVI century, the building suffered some changes in the XVIII century. The neoclassical front is sided by two chapels and inside are worthy of notice the glazed tiles and the golden woodcarving.
