Small beach between the cliffs, that owes its name to a shepherd who lived here. To get here you may take a boat, go down the cliff or, if there is low water, you find an access through the Barranco de Canas beach.

This area exposes the spoils of bibliographic Manuel Teixeira Gomes. In this place also are periodically various events such as concerts, recitals, meetings, conferences and workshops.

This is a walk, with the typical Portuguese pavement, that follows the dazzling cliffs at the Praia da Rocha (Rocha Beach). A belevedere is the trip's most important point, with lovely panoramic views of the beach.
