A rather touristy beach with a wide sandy area.There are swimming pools in the vicinity.It has a sophisticated restaurant.

The construction of the Vale do Rossim dam, located in the municipality of Gouveia, enabled the emergence of this recreational/leisure space where the surrounding landscape and water quality stand out.

A river beach that results from natural springs known as Olhos de Fervença. It has a recreation and leisure area, a few pedestrian trails, a bar with a terrace, locker rooms, a picnic area and a games field.

A beach located in a lovely, typical fishing village. Its stretch of sand is one of the biggest in Portugal, measuring approximately from 12 to 15 km. It is ideal for surfing and it has an aquapark and equipments in the summer. The fishermen's shacks, with the xávega art utensils, are located on the northern part, sheltered by the sand dunes that protect them from the sea winds and from the sea storms.

A beach with a wide stretch of sand and several areas of dunes, isolated and quite lovely. It is on of the few golden beaches in Portugal because it preserves the local environmental balance.

One of the most interesting places in the parish of Paredes de Coura. A countryside, calm place with the excellent, albeit cold waters of the Coura river. It has a games field and a cafe-restaurant. In the summer, at the time of the Modern Music Festival of Paredes de Coura, the beach is filled with rock lovers.

A space located right on the Gerês valley, at the Caniçada dam. Several rivers arriv here, namely the Gerês river, the Cávado river and the Freitas river. The marina is famous for its wonderful landscapes and for the excellent conditions for practising sports. It is about 700 ha of crystal clear sailing waters.

A country space, located on the National Park Peneda-Gerês, ideal for swimming in the Caldo River's calm waters.
