A rocky beach that belongs to the Natura 2000 network, with a port and the old fortress of Lagarteira. Its entrance is at the Gelfa National Woods. In the area there are many shellfish houses, as well as typical restaurants and plenty of liveliness at night.

A half moon shaped beach that belongs to the Natura 2000 network, with two kilometres of fine sand. Lovely landscape, with the Ínsua islet and its fortress. A part of this beach is quite rocky and on the other the population still gathers sargasso. There are several quality restaurants with delicious Minho dishes. The seaside bars are quite enjoyable during the summer nighrs.
