Very long beach, located in a large holiday center. Much of the beach is frequented by tourists, while the other side is home to artisanal fishing. Good quality restaurants, specializing in seafood. Bars located on the sand with a lively nightlife.

Baroque and Rococo church, dating from the 17th century. The interior is lavishly covered in baroque and rococo gilded carvings. It has a bell tower attached to the side. It features painting on the ceiling with relief engravings on wood.

In addition to being located in the idyllic landscape of the Douro River and being bathed by its waters, this river beach has an area for placing boats in the water and a large leisure area with grass. It has good conditions for canoeing.

River beach next to the old bridge over Ribeira Grande, with restaurant, toilets, children's playground and bar.

It is the only sand beach on Corvo Island, and its sand is formed by small grains of volcanic origin. It is an excellent place for bathing and diving.

Small pebble beach where the sea is rough and therefore only suitable for surfers. However, there are three swimming pools and a restaurant.
